## Common questions

### Should I turn TC and ABS off in ACC?

No. Real GT3 cars have traction control and ABS — switching them off does not make you faster, only more frustrated. As a beginner you leave both on and at most take out stability control, because it trains the wrong reflexes.

### Why does FOV (field of view) matter so much?

A wrong field of view distorts speed and distances, so you brake too early or misjudge corners. A correct, fairly narrow FOV makes pace and braking points feel real and makes you more consistent immediately.

### What does a good first session look like?

A forgiving car (the Ferrari 296 or BMW M4, for example) on an easy track like Monza, in a practice session with no opponents, five laps driven only for cleanliness — no chasing lap times. One focus per session, not everything at once.

### Does ACC have an auto-blip assist?

No. The assists list in ACC covers gearbox, clutch, engine start, wipers, lights, pit limiter, stability control and the ideal line — there is no auto-blip switch (automatic throttle blip on downshifts). It would be redundant anyway: GT3 cars have a sequential paddle gearbox in which the engine management does the blip itself. You do not need heel-and-toe in ACC.

### Where do I set TC and ABS in ACC?

Not in the assists menu. TC and ABS are levels of the car electronics: you set them in the setup under Electronics, or change them while driving via the MFD in the car. The assists menu instead holds stability control, the ideal line, gearbox, clutch and the automatics for engine start, wipers, lights and pit limiter.
